Picture
Old Thyme Farms is located in  Oxford, Mississippi. Our main farm location is part of a larger historic farm  bought from the Chickasaw tribe in the 1800s by John Peyton Jones . The farm was once the meeting place of Jefferson Davis and Jacob Thompson (owner 1860s). William Faulkner, who was also a resident of Oxford, loosely based several ancestral members of the Compson family, featured in the novel, The Sound and the Fury on Thompson and family.

We are proud to be part of a rich farming and cultural history on this particular piece of land. We see lots of wildlife here on the farm! The farm is a nature lover's dream with diverse native flora and fauna. The farms consist of hay fields, cultivated areas,Pecan orchards, CRP prairie lands, pine forest, hardwood forest and wetlands habitats. We raise heritage breed and mixed breed hogs, chickens, sheep, herbs and produce . We grow all naturally and are a true sustainable working livestock and certified naturally grown produce farming operation.

We would like to thank all in the community who have supported us along the way. We feel incredibly blessed to be able to farm where we farm, live where we live and be surrounded by people we love!

Brad, Jodi, and Willow
